Prawn noodle soup
The joy of eating this classic is something I will always remember . The key to this soup is pork bone and fried prawn head .
Fry the prawn head then boil it with pork bone and one bulb of garlic .
Carbonara with a twist.
I have tried varying versions of the carbonara and my current favourite is Carbonara with
Prosciutto
and sushi fish roe.
The main recipe ingredient :
1. 2 clove garlic
2. Pasta
3. Prosciutto
4. Fish Roe
5.Peas
6. 4 egg yolk
7. Cream
