To poach the pear you need to make the poaching liquid
1. Marsala wine 2 cup
2. 6 clove
3. 4 star Anise
4. 1/2 cinnamon stick
5 1/2 cup of water
6. 6 cored pear half
Poach the pear in the liquid using medium heat until pear is soft . Do not over poached as pear will break .
I allow it to cool down and take out part of the liquid to chill it in the fridge
I use connoisseur ice cream.

Thai grilled pork / beef
One of the tastiest marinade
1. 4 tablespoon of fish sauce
2. 2 table spoon of palm sugar
3. 4 garlic minced
4. 2 Minced coriander root
I use this to marinade any grilled meat - I use this for both beef and pork. The key is to marinade the meat overnight .

Fried snow crab in supreme sauce
This is what I did for my mum's birthday snow crab .
1. Chicken stock - bones, ginger, spring onion, salt

I decided to try something new for my parents .we had some scallops so I decided to do Thai Tom yum scallop. Turns out really yummy.

Prawn noodle soup
The joy of eating this classic is something I will always remember . The key to this soup is pork bone and fried prawn head .

Steak Sandwich and Grilled beef on Beef Jus
Steak Sandwich with Rockets, Mango Chutney, Jap Mayo and Worcestershire Steak Sauce
Steak with Beef Jus
I bought a packet of Scotch fillet beef and taught my housemate a couple of quick 30 min meal.
The steak Sandwich took us only 15 min to make and it was delicious. The key to the steak sandwich is getting your flavors rights. We took a fillet of steak, grilled it on high heat seasoned with Moroccan Spice ( Can be bought in any Supermarket). I like mine medium rare.
I toasted a couple slices of bread and laid on the rockets, sliced beef, toasted sesame seed, spiced mango Chutney, Japanese mayo and Worcestershire Steak Sauce.
